Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit pegamerica.com (the "Site"), operated by Punjab Energy Group ("PEG", "we", "us"). PEG operates Circle K® convenience stores in Central Texas as a franchisee. This Site is a marketing site for those stores.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and the Site does not collect personal information through forms. The "Send a message" button on this Site simply opens your own email app addressed to us; the Site itself does not collect or store anything you type. The "Sign in" and "Join Inner Circle" links take you to Circle K's own website (inner-circle.circlek.com), which collects and handles whatever you enter there under Circle K's privacy policy, not ours.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical data to deliver pages and keep the Site secure — for example your IP address, browser type, requested page and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify you.

If you email us (for example at [email protected]), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to respond.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set cookies of its own, and we do not run advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking tools. Because no non-essential cookies are used, there is no cookie banner to accept or decline.

Third-party services

Loading the Site causes your browser to contact a few third parties directly:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) serves the typefaces used on the Site. Google receives your IP address when fonts are requested. Google's privacy policy.
• OpenStreetMap map tiles are loaded on pages that show the store map, which sends your IP address to the OpenStreetMap tile servers. OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the Site. Store, deal and job listings are loaded from our content management system (Sanity) by our server, not directly by your browser.

Links to other sites, including Circle K's own website and app, are governed by those sites' privacy policies. Circle K Inner Circle is operated by Circle K, not PEG.

How we use and share information

We use the limited information described above to run and secure the Site and to answer messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do not sell my info.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Texas, California and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Since the Site does not collect personal information beyond what is described here, there is generally little to access or delete — but you can make a request at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
